We have stayed open a lot longer than we expected. We couldn't have imagined that the work at the King Billy would mean extending what was initially a "pop up restaurant",to making all the changes and setting up the Billy at Brockwood.
The plan was always to go back to the Billy, although we did contemplate keeping the Billy at Brockwood.
However I need to get back to doing what we we're famous for, and thats what we'll be doing, MEAT and plenty of it!
We will also be building on the Billy@Home business which came to a halt due to the fire.
Sadly though, since receiving initial completion dates, and then changes to those dates, as of today I still cannot give a planned opening date.
It would be a complete understatement to say these have been frustrating times. Dealing with the Covid restrictions on top of the issues at the Billy have been incredibly tough. We are extremely greatful for the continued support we've received from our customers, despite having had to adapt our menu. We look forward to welcoming you back.
